Personally quite like Clio's... you'll loose so much money selling it you may as well mod it. Don't think a Corsa would exactly be a major step up

Keep the clio and get carzone kit some nice rims and slam it and you have yourself a very good looking car and to be honest better than a corsa
However from my experience most french cars are quite poor build quality but saying that aint been in many new ones

thanks tim im still not sure though corsa's r so much fun my mate has a 2.0l 16v and it certainly shifts... although he does say i drive like a bloke but with no sence of fear so i might kill myself in a 2.0l god i hate big decisions like this. see i've just sold a house and i have about 8 grand to play with but i,d prefer to spend about 5 of it on a motor

Yup 2.0 16v corsa's are fun. You could buy a cheapish Corsa and get it all done for £5k easily...

so i could keep my clio for practicality but get a corsa for a 2nd car just for pure unadulterated fun best of both worlds

Well if its standard then no wonder your bored with it. Thats generally why people mod their cars, to stand out and enjoy their vehicle.
Clios look mint when subtley modded.
