156a or 165v2s focal components in the front and a set of speakers in the rear door cards??? and is this a digital amp, cant tell??

Dont think its ideal but might just do it, but 300/2 would be alot better!!!

I think he means the 300/4
4 x 75 watts RMS @ 4 ohms
ideal for the 165 v2s but would to reduce the gain on the 165a's a little..
I personaly would ditch the 165a's and just put a pair of mid bass subs in..

that would run them BUT i would say to get a slightly more powerful amp really.
cos thats 4X45RMS @ 4ohm
and your comps are 75RMS @ 4ohm
i would say to get another amp, dont HAVE to be JL. They are a great make, but there are tonnes out there.
have a look at DLS or BBG's amps

DIGGIDY - nah, I'd agree with Sam and say the 300/2 TBH
Plenty of headroom and the option to expand at a later date
