Ive got one mate. Well a Sony one. Works great, never had any troubles with it. You have to finalise the cd but you can use CD-RW's so you can just wipe the whole CD and start from scratch, cutting the price of CDs down.

ive got the panasonic CQ-DFX972N and im really pleased with it. You can get about 10 albums on a CD in MP3 format, and it only skips if i go over the occasional pot hole that i didnt see coming!

got a pioneer 77MP and its the mutz mate it has great sound and it doesnt seem to have any problems playing mp3s or CDs. It also has 3x 6.5v preouts, which is the reason i went for it, so i can have a nice strong clean signal to the amps Only problem i have with this HU, is when i forget to bring the facia there is a little clip that vibrates like made and makes a rattling sound...its well annoying lol but thats about it and deffo worth the 230 quid i paid for it

I got the 8400MP. 10 albums on one disc can't be bad. Better than a Multi-changer. No probs defo' worth the Xtra £££.

I have the Pioneer DEH7500MP and think it's a great unit.
Although I haven't tried, I'd very much doubt if it'd play unfinalised discs.

I am using a CD-RW and I use Nero to add new songs and albums to it, is that not using it as a multi-session disc? Sorry for asking if I'm wrong.

iv got the 3500mp i fink it is. u can get it for £115 on the net. bargain. Cant fault it.. Always does the job, never skipped at all for me. unlike the sony unit i had before. Only minus point i woudl say is it doesnt automatically scroll track names i.e. u have to press a button and hold it to see the full name of a track, otherwise u only get 8 characters of it on display.

Got a Sony CDX MP80, no problems with it, except the fact that there is a delay between the songs, but this happens on all mp3 players as far as i know, due to the fact theyre going thru 300 songs or whatever i'd imagine, bit of a pain in the arse listenening to mixed CD's

I have a Clarion DXZ835MP... and the only other brand of head unit I would consider would be Alpine (but that said, I wouldn't touch Alpine speakers or amps with a 10ft pole!)

Yeah it made a difference, my 8400 reads MP3 tracks at the same speed as it reads standard CD tracks.
