My office is currently struggling on a 64k leased line, upgrading to a 256k line in 2 weeks. No broadband available in our area

u can get a 100Mbit line in sweden for the same price as you would pay for a 1Mbit line here

I think you'll find most collages have a T1 connection which costs ££££ and is faster than 26meg

T1 is only 1.5Mbit... You're thinking of STM-1 which is 155Mbit...

steve - i think that'l b the connection of ur LAN not the internet. So if u put ur mouse over the internet icon it'l say 100mbps, thats to the LAN router not to the internet...

We have a nice 6Mbps pipe here in the office, which is sufficiently quick! 
All part of the company-wide STM-1...
