depends alot on the mot testers, all engine emissions are supposed to come out of the exhaust, if you use a crankcase breather, as said above, oil and crankcase gasses which are kind of toxic are being vented to atmosphere which isn't strictly allowed... doubt it would really be picked up on tho

They also make the C20XE engine run alot more smoother.
