anybody had any dealings with autotintdesign? the are fooking me about like ordered a body kit and it was a week late which was ok by me but at the same time of ordering the bodykit i ordered a gearknob which i have been charged for but not recieved the knob it is now 5 weeks since i ordered the items and only recieved 1 after countless unreplied e-mails and thousands of unanswered phone calls i have been in touch with a few friends and they decided to report the firm to the trading standards and company house and guess what still got no fookin replys so to the point has this happened to anybody else with the same or similar company??

they are pants...
my brother ordered plazma dials from them... he waited for a good few weeks then called to find out what was going on, turned out that they havent processed the oreder or sommat?
took a further 2 weeks for them to send it!

I ordered soimething from them and it came about 3 days later but it was the wrong one. They told me to send it back and they would swap it. This cost me £7 postage so i asked them for that back and they refused. Eventually I got it back but they were less than helpful about it.
