if you do high mileages then maybe the diesel is the better option, but i like petrols as theyre quieter, more refined and cleaner.
still either option and youve got a nice motor!

my mates got the petrol non turbo sport, handles well and overall performance isnt to bad but you really need a powerful engine as their heavy cars, very good biuld quality though and look sweet in black with lexus rear clusters and 18 inch audi tt wheels

The A3 was an ok choice, but why you wanna get a Polo Gti ? They as dull as dishwater, nice build, but HEAVY. the GTi is no rocket ship packs 125 bhp, but its an oldish single cam 16v unit, rather than a proper twin cam 16v and the car weighs LOADS. Tuning bits aren't cheap.
Each to his own though, For that kind of money I'd look at something else.

im not after a rocket! they are pretty quik and from a 1.2 to a gti il be quite happy! i think they are a very nice lookin car nicer than the corsa in my opinion and built alot better aswell! im fed up with vaux all iv had is problems with them!
they als hold there value alot better thanmost cars and thats why im after 1! 8.5 to 60 aint that slow really is it!
