he wants your money mate.
Stick with the 300, it is good, my ex-flat mate had it, and i had the 400 on my old corsa.
Personally im never going to buy another clifford alarm again, both mine and my flat mates played up hell.
My ex and now my misses have both bought a Toad Ai606 and i really think they're
I know im always gonna get that alarm in the future.. 100% reliable.

yep
As with all alarm installations, it can make or break an alarm
Cliffords need to be fitted well - good connections, properly set up equipment, properly position etc

the only problem i had with the 300 was its internal proximity sensor. it was set too sensitive so if someone walked past the car it went off, i sorted it though, just turned it down funny enough.

My flat mate had his setup by Gap Security, and i cant remember who done mine, it was a top rated independant company.

I've got the Toad C4 alarm, haven't hadany problems with it as of yet, apart from the fact that when/if the car battery runs down, the alarm sounds for 30 minutes
There was this time when I locked my only set of keys into the car with the ignition on and the doors locked and deadlocked (central locking) phoned Toad up and they said that I had no way of getting into the car unless I took a back window out and climbed in Cost me £30.00

I'm not that impressed with Clifford 300, mate had one on his bmw and the fcukers nicked it. It was just a boring 318. But they still manage to drive it away. Was only left for 30 minutes on a council estate.

the 300 only works on internal proximity! the sensor is usually put by the gear stick and youcan fine tune it.
Gap security fitted mine and i was well happy with it, been on the car for 18 months now and the new owner has no problems with it!
again i think its down to the installer, it took them 4 hours to fit it and demonstrate to me!

all down the installer as brad said my mate installs cliffords and he told me he wudnt dare have one said far too many people know how to disarm them manually hence a lot of cars with 300's go missing.
