Flamer kit as Stu said, sell them for around £100, look on http://www.potn.co.uk. Personally would only have one on a kitted car and wouldn't have a flame, would prefer the jet of butane type.

basic is a Sparkpug in your tailpipe wired to a coil pack and triggered on a Switch
will cost about 30 notes from a scrappers
better on turbo cars as the over fuel

Usually only gained from a Turbo car (RS Turbo/Cossie etc) with a properly set up flamer kit, and over fuelling slightly.
That would produce a proper 'jet plane' kinda roar, coming straight out the exhaust. None of this, butane "floaty" flame crap!!!!
But if u got a good enough turbo car, they'll flame on in-gear decel., and on gear up changes anyway!!

firstly you have to be gay, you may or may not like neon washer jets, probably have to own a baseball cap preferably burbery. then what you do it part with some cash to have a spark plug put into your tail pipe. then if your lucky enough there will be enough unburn fuel ( engine running rich, not making peak power) to get ignited by the spark. or if you own a small engined car then you get a butane gas canister installed to fuel the flame. then you can have a flame out your tail pipe. this meqns you can look liek your in the F2F2 film and change gear 25 times. lets see what this car can do and change up a gear
