S13 is 170bhp very slow not bad though and really cheap now. Watch for rust and especially around the tailgate where water gets trapped under the spoiler

friend of mine raced one on the M25 heading to southend, it didnt gain an inch all the way from about 60mph to top end (135ish)

Got to southend and the first thing the bloke asked was .....

"that rover got the 220 turbo lump in?"

"nope, 1600 turbo conversion"

"oh" came his reply

quick cars, but nothing thats gonna really amaze you after owning an rx7!!
My mates rover was running about 170bhp, and had had a lot of $$$ spent on it to get it to move that quick, the nissan was pretty much stock other than an aftermarket DV and exhaust system.

mainly looking as a run around, the 1.8 turbo seems a good lump allbeit underpowered but seem easy to tune looks i'm unsure about, would like a S14a but too expensive to buy outright!
