oh yes the Mos Def track from 8Mile you will find it on the 2nd soundtrack which is called More Music From 8Mile
2fast 2furious soundtrack is awsome too

Anything below 80Hz should sound good. Try a test-tone of about 60Hz it should get you ratteling. What subs are you running, if ported, what frequency are they tuned to? Every sub is different, even same setups in diffo cars makes a BIG difference. Just go through your collection and try. My subs are peaky so anything 60-70Hz is good.
