I have taken it out and now the back is all bumpy, could somebody recommend how to get a false floor and make it look all smooth,

make a card board template then cut it into mdf and fix it in

use the rear carpet as a template and make a false floor out of MDF

is it hard to do what thickness mdf and what holds it in place

quite thin mdf I would think don't wana weigh it down too much
