Shall i get myself 40mm Apex springs? Or 30mm Eibach?

My money says the Apex wont lower as much as the Eibach, apex are renound for not lowering the stated amount, i had 40mm springs and changed them, hadnt even been on the car a month i couldnt stand how high it sat so got some bone shaking G-Max -60mm

anyone thats seen my car will back me up when i say mine hsa went down a shit load more than 40mm on apex springs.
