is it possible to swap the passenger side barrel with the drivers side barrel as my driverside is fuked thanks to a cunt trying to break into my car if it is im gonna fill over the passenger handle cheers, andy

in a word yes. you can simply change them over if you dont have central locking. as both locks will be 3wire i think.
if you want a qucik fix, swop the locks over and put a vectra/cavvy/corsa 5 door rear door handle in the pasenger side. then when you've sort the remote locking, get another one and get em colour coded.you can get one from scrappy for a few quid, or i think they are about 11 from vaux. when the veccy rear ones in primer are 19 each.

nah i dont have central locking just gonna fill over the hole handle and use the lock barrel from the passenger side for my drivers side

cheers im gonna try it 2mora might just pop down to vauxhal on monday and get new 5 door rear handle

dont think they can b swapped cos the arm will be around the wrong way i may b wrong though.

take the handle off - remove the C-clip holding the lock in place, the lock barrel - simple slides out. make sure you remeber which way round it all goes.
I'd sell ya mine if i didn't mean the keys to start the car lol 
i paid £5 for 2 rear 5-door corsa handles after i had me r/c/l done!

you going to fill over the whole handle as in de-handle? or are you just filling the lock hole? if so, ust get a rear door handle from the scrappy

just tried to swap them but dident work so gonna get a new barrel and fill over the passenger door handle completly

central lockin with an infra red fob would prob be better for about an extra 5o quid
