if so how does the rears adjust , ive heard they have to be removed from the car , is this so ?

yes that is true, they have 3 settings off car adjustable, the yellow fronts are on car adjustable and take seconds to do.

yep rears u extend them and take out the foam bump stop thing and push back together which engages the key, u twist it to your disired setting then extend and put foam bit back in

right step 1 pull the damper out so u can see the shaft

2: look up into the wider part of the damper for the cream foam part if it has'nt allready fallen down

3. the foam thing has a split in it so u can slip it over the shaft

4: compress the damper right down, while holding the wider sleve of the damper, twist the lower part

5: by twisting the lower part u will find a click which has engaged step 1 of the dampning, this will be the softest

6. further twist will stiffing up the dampning rate

i once set my rears to hardest, it wasnt very plesant was like driving with no susspension, currently got my front and backs set of soft'est
