for all the middlesbrough people!!!

from middlesbrough get on the A66 and head for teessidepark,

Pick up the A19 NORTH,

travel on this road roughly 5 miles to the hartlepool/wynyard/durham junction heading NORTH (signposted A1M),

follow this road to sedgefield look for signs durham A1M,

Pick up A1M NORTH bound follow this road,

Team Valley is near the Angel of the north look for signs

probz better giv a warning ov speed cameras - when i went down last time there were 2 located on the a1 - probz been moved now as they were only temp - but still b aware
