if you have only just upgraded again they will let you cancel the contract but you will have to pay for the line rental till your contract runs out

wot u do is u change ure contract to the minimum monthly payment that u can... most companies offer a £5.99 or a £9.99 line rental as a minimum. then after uve changed it 2 that low payment, cancel it and pay however many months u have left at £5.99/£9.99 a month. then ure FREEEEEEEEE

if it was within 14 days then u could have cancelled but u will just have to put the phone on the lowest tariff then pay it all off. but if u wanted to go on another network u still can get a new contract but u will then have 2 bills. do u want to keep ur number?
