I need new brake pads and I was going to get Greenstuff pads. £36. I am just wondering if they are worth getting using standard discs.

yeah they are better but performance pads tend to eat disks they are a harder compound, if ya had performance disks its worse cos these are slightly softer than standard ones

Well, i had original pads on my V6 front end for about 2 years. I put greenstuffs on and it stops a lot lot better. Then i had the rear discs fitted and it got even better.

And yeah, keeps the dust away too

Ive heard mixed comments about the greenstuff pads.

I chose red dot discs and pads and there was huge noticable difference than the old ones that were in

I've heard bad things about green stuff. No personal experiences with them though. I had GM ones in my V6's, and they were fine.

Thing i've found is that they need warming up. Stamp on the brakes to get them warmed up and i thought they work quite well.
