My car suffers badly with the clutch cable as from this Wednesday it would have been adjusted 4 times.
Does anybody else have this problem.
The clutch pedal sits lower than the brake and when I press to change gear I really have to force the gearstick into gear. Especially in 1st and 2nd.
When I go to put it in reverse it makes a loud grinding noise. The geezer at Vauxhall says theres no point in having a new clutch cable cuz it will be a fault in the gear box? I fink he is a twat but is he right?
Has anybody else had the same problems?
I have also found that when i put my foot underneath the clutch pedal and lif it upwards, from then on the car changes gear nice n smoothly for a short period?
