i wanted sum lockwood dials as well, i was jus gonna ghet white ones with black markings, and the orange need, iv got all green light courtesy of cobra148!! will this be ok? will i b able to see the needle?

Icy, yes, I've got some pink here at the moment.
Kingkazi, It depends on the colour of the numbers on Lockwood dials if the light will show up. The red/blue pic of mine has Lockwood dials.
If the dials have orange numbers then you are limited to the colour of backlight, orange acts as a filter and won't let other colours pass through it, any other colour markings are fine.

I've got them from a different supplier now. I had one on test for 5 days continously and it was fine.
