Hi, I've had my corsa for about 5 months now, and the transmission is starting to get a little notchy, on the more used gears. 1st, 2nd and 3rd to a lesser extent. 4th and 5th are fine, but reverse is also a little notchy. If I take my foot off the clutch then redperess it, it sorts itself out. Is this leading somewhere, or can it be fixed, cheaply? Its second hand so its not under warranty.

Adjust the clutch in what way.
I've already adjusted it since this started happeneing, and to think of it, its gotten worse since I adjusted the clutch. I was attempting to get the range back into spec, it was only out by a few mm and took me over an hours cos i kept going too far one way or another.
its a 1.2 16V ecotec DOHC
lol, thats about the extent of my knowledge of engines

I've tightened the clutch, and losened it no difference.
I was told on the corsa C site that they used to have trouble with their meshes wearing out after a few k. Could that be similar to whats going on in mine?

is it still under warranty from vaux?
yes there is a problem with gearbox's on the C, I've heard of quite a few people that get it - just take it to vaux & claim under warranty
