I'd say its a con also, looks like he's even trying to sell fake driving liscences to banned people

Its a scam basiclly my m8 does this they will give u a cover note it looks legit etc if police stopped u u can produce it they wouldnt know bu if they checked up etc then ur in trouble!

but he only charges £20 lol i havent brought 1 off him nor do i recommend any1 2!

I've informed eBay now.

Hopefully they'll get the police involved. Very annoying knowing that people may be more able to drive uninsured and unlicenced.
