Unclip old bulb holder.
Remove old lights.
Fit new lights.
Connect new wiring loom
Fit new bulbs
You should have new bulbs with them, or at least be told what bulbs you'll need.
The indicator will need to be an offset-pin amber bulb (or even better, a Silvatec bulb).
For the reverse and the fog light (the lower two lights respectively) you can re-use your existing bulbs.
For the top light, you'll need a twin-filament bulb. You can pick them up from any petrol station, motor factors, etc. Just ask for a Nova stop/tail bulb if you can't find the one you need.

If you don't get the new wiring loom with the lights then they're useless.

Well they say they're new... but who knows - you're buying off eBay after all.
Give the seller a call.
I sold a set of those on here last week for less than the current price on that item you're bidding on.
