Doesn't need shortening, the arches aren't in proportion, suppose it would be too much to make the arches/wheels smaller at this stage? Also perhaps make rear arch a bit higher than front? Looks like an RC car

Other than that, WOW!!!!!!!

thought about arches but
was lookin at mugen accord
rear ones are bigger than fronts so......
can make wheels smaller but i like them like that

extend the rear bumper mate, looks too high, get rid of the handles completely - ugly things.
