Thinking about buying a 106GTi and I wondered if anyone could help me by telling me what they are paying on insurance. Please give your age and NCB's as well.
Cheers people.

The problem is that most 106 gti owners here used to own corsas... I used to own one. I would prefer a 2.0 corsa but at the end of the day insurance is silly at my age so I opted for a 106...

The peugeot forum is pants and so I stay here! Sorry :O

2 litre corsa's are good... but IMO aint as fun as the GTi... ive had a corsa... been in a 2 litre corsa, and own a 106gti... and id say im fairly qualified to make a stable opinion, the 106 does it for me everytime

i've driven a 106 GTi and own a 2ltr corsa so i would say i am fairly qualified to say i preffer my corsa 2ltr, dont get me wrong the GTi was nice enough handled far better but just lacked that punch and power delivery and was quite tiring to drive.

quess we are both biased in our ways

totally mate... what gti did you drive out of curiosity? what power was it knocking out.... Ive known some GTi's to be really crappy... mate of mine at work has a VTS (same engine) was out in it last week... goes shit.... nowhere near as quick as mine.... you get good ones and bad ones.... Im not quite ready to take on a 2 litre corsa just yet... but maybe in the comming months

If you're gonna crash- you may as well do it in style!! Thats all I can say. Anyways I could have passed it off by telling you I decided to park in the ditch and just kinda got stuck- as you do! Was pretty neat parking!
