You go get a meter on it and find out otherwise you can do them for false advertising. Alot of people do that just to get some form of compensation. JVC arent guys who piss about, i have a system from 1990 here thats never broken down and is still working a fucking pearler, tis used near enough every day. Rated power of that is 2x75wRMS and speakers are motorised.

Not read all the thread so forgive me if i repeat something but there are two rating of wattages. (RMS & MPO) RMS is the true value and MPO is used by the max power boys for stating how "powerful" their car amps are. (Eg i had an "800watt" car amp but my sony 4x40watt amp kicked its arse all over. If it was 300w RMS it would be fuckin loud.

Each woofer gets about 80wRMS on that JVC system.
