My g/f has just bought a CD player for her Corsa B, and wants me to put it in for her.
Is it easy to do? I think I will need an adapter lead???
Does the plastic bit that the OE headunit sits in come out, and need to be replaced with the metal one supplied with the new headunit?
Cos i had a look and I thought that if it wouldn't come out then there porbably wouldn't be room for the adapter.
I wanna check before I try it, cos its more than my life is worth to cock it up! lol

if theres a metal cage in there it needs to come out (probably secured by a screw at the back), pull this out by squeezing it down. The cage of the new unit needs to be removed from it and put into place and then the lil tabs pushed outwards to keep it secure...the only think you will need to do it swap the red + yellow around on the connector with the head unit (some come with bullet connectors already attached to u can swap round easily. It will be a bit of a fiddle to squeeze it in but the wires will slide out the way with a bit of patience
