how come u had all this? a mate ov mine has had the similar work just done he looks miles better now he had all what u have had and his eyes lazered! and his teeth moved back

but my lower teeth were in front of my top teeth so i didnt use them 
no when healed ill have full use of all my teeth
lower jaw was moved back 8mm top jaw brought forward 7 mm

i see what u mean my mate looks the same! looks alot better now! they even smothed out the dint in his head its like a human bodyshop

i had flat cheek bones aswell so with the spare bone they gave me some!
ill just be glad of 3 thiings
1 ill look normal
2 ill be able to eat
3 i want the sweeling to go it to heal and the feeling tocome back ---half my face is numb
