i want to go for the euro look and i have already got some chrome effect 15s with the wrong offset and coilovers dropped 75 front and 60 back. i now want to go smooth. is it worth getting my door handles smoothed off and how much would it cost? another thing i definately want is a smooth boot, any estimates on prices without spraying?
thanks

what is involved in the smooth door handles? cos i may consider doing this myself! is it just a case of welding a plate in the place and angle grinding away the edges, then filling and smoothing? obviously not as easy as it sounds, but do you have to get a slight curve on the metal and how do you get it right?
sorry for all the questions!

it is quite hard cos the welding can warp the door, but filler usually solves that. yeah its basicly what you said, you can get a plate welded in for about £10. then fill, smooth and prime yourself then take back for top coat.
youll need a door popper kit tho

i wouldnt have used body filler, i would have used fiberglass and then filler over the top, filler may crak after a while as it doesnt have much flex to it.
