Or is that wall white?? and appearing blue

Surely the blue on your car is the sky?
The picture colour balance looks a bit crap, plus you might want to adjust the white balance settings to adjust the 'colour temperature' of white light (make it more red rather than bluey)...

the exposure is set to neutral which is a greeny colour on this

By the way it could also just be your monitor setup...

just light... it only focuses to the centre where it picks up the most light but doesnt pick much up around the outside so darker... not sure tho... just a guess

It's prob cos the camera sensors are taking some of the light reading from the middle of the screen, where you have daylight coming thro the window, which os very blue. But you also have fluorescent light in the shot, which is much greener in colour. The software is prob trying to work out which is the main light source and not getting the colour balance it totally right. By selecting somewhere in between, the daylight areas look too blue, while the fluorescent lit areas look a bit green. Pic of car looks OK. Cloudy daylight has slightly blue tinge to it. To improve it, you could try to set the white balance by taking a reading off your car (if this is allowed)
