Hi, had a little bump in my car and smashed the drivers side rear tail light.

Got a new one coming on wed for £20. Problem is, how do i get the broken off the car? There's 2 bolts which are really awkwardly placed, any tips on how to get these off?

yeah dont drop the nuts between the outer and inner skin you will never get them back, there are 3 bolts by the way, remove the interior trim that suppports the parcel shelf

i use either a open ended spanner

or i used a ratchect screwdriver with a socket attachment on the end

there not that long so its not to hard to get em off

4bolts per light
other 2 r a bugger
use a mini ratchet

when fittin new one
tape it against the car while u put first bolt in or itl fall n smash when uv thought its in
believe me! iv done it twice :mad;

i managed to remove it w/out removing the interior trim

yeh can jus use a mini spanner for that awkard bolt

iv done it just taking the cover off that u take off to change the bulbs, not that hard with a bendy ratchet extension
