No sure what is wrong but, when the car is stil, u put the clutch down then try putting it into 1st gear it wont go in... u hav to lift of the clutch and do it again, finding hard to change gears iswell. And when u put it into reverse, everytime it make that grinding sound  
Is it my gearbox goin or sumthing? getting hard 2 drive now!
Any ideas?

lol i have exactly same sometimes. puttin in first feels like sommit there stoppin it. Reverse grind i dont have alot i had it once when i was still moving forward a fair bit and put in reverse.
Would like to know about this aswell

yup adjust the clutch
also with reverse put it into 2nd then reverse itll stop it crunching
