well i would say delete all the settings of ur phone, or if you can get all ur numbers and other stuff to another phone, and delete the lot of/ reset the phone and try again, with the settings of the 02 web site

I spent hours getting my MMS to work with O2 on my Nokia 6600. O2 themselves didn't know the settings for my phone...

had the same problem with my e700. u have to ring o2 and have it activated on your account. if you are receiving a text message directing you to the internet, then o2 are not aware u have a MMS compatable handset. it takes upto 48hrs for them to activate this service, it does not cost a thing to activate either, just 35p per message. also does not affect any free messages or WAP. once this is done u will need to make sure u have the correct o2 settings on your mobile. hope this helps

Mine was already activated as I was using MMS and WAP over GPRS in my previous phone, Nokia 7250.

yeh thts the only way to get reports on o2. they disabled thm cos most tariffs have loads of free texts, so reports would double the traffic on the network
