i have been told i will have to make my own mounts is this true? im after a welder anyway to try and do some work on the car myself im gonna practice on the dads micra wich welder would be best for this sort of stuff? gonna go for a look at machine mart this afternoon as well

You can put a 2.0 16v in on std mounts, you just need a wee spacer on the gearbox top mount.

i thought u needed different mounts, they come in the pvd kit or lee michel off here sells them, u2u him and he will tell u all u need 2 know!

as for welders, i got a mig welder 150amp me thinx with a fan and its a good bit of kit! great fun using it;-)
