cold water you fool, under cold water for minimum for 2 mins to have any effect then get to the drs/walkin centre as it will need a gel dressing

take it like a man, i am a chef and u should c some of the burns i have had:-(

got few scares, one from 4years ago when fellow chef descided 2 heat a spoon up on the gas cooker and place it on the back of my hand! it didnt blister either it melted the skin! not nice!he didnt realise it was that hot:-S

the element on the cooker is always a classic if u wanna good burn, or fingers in deep fryer - hehe

i know some one that did their whole arm on a hotplate. i personaly have had loads, gel dressing works a treat, as does cold water for like 10 mins till ya hand goes numb

I was weldin 1 day and put an oxy accetelene torch on the back of my hand. Now that did hurt!

I went the chemist and they told me to go the hospital who then gave me an injection and some cream to rub on. I now have one burnt arm and one burn hand and it stings like feck. I have to go back in three days.

i set fire to my workmate also got a few burns on my arm from welding and 1 burn when the girlfriend decided to put the iron across my arm.. only the edge tho, it was still hot as fuck!
