as above, do they have a back light(illuminated) wen the ignition is turned on??
if so, is it possible to change the bulbs for nice blue leds??
correct me if im wrong also, but the original vauxhall window switch is located on the tweeter cover on the "passenger side"(plastic cover bit above handle) and is a single switch??
and on the lower plastic door panel on "drivers side" double switch??

i can get hold of the switches and panels but im not sure if the switches will work with the wiring i hav at the moment as it is not original wiring, was installed after with third party wiring and electric window motors, wat u think??

it should do cause all your doing is replacing the switch, so wherever the old switch went the new one will go.
doubt u should have problems with the switch

the switches i hav at moment are some third party ones,big ugly n shite! n i fried it wen tryin to soldier in a blue led in passenger side
so i want original vaux ones now, but is the wiring the same, i jus checked the wiring in the switches i got n its a bit weird??
do all switches work in the same way?? if so then is shud be cool

I got vaux switches,they do illuminate, they have something like 5 wires on each switch, I got a spare set if ur interested? dunno how well theyd work as theyre one touch function switches

yeah switches i hav at moment have 5 wires per switch too, so it mite jus be a straight swap then init?

A 3mm led will fit in the window switch if you want to change the colour, but it will need to be soldered in place.

i pulled my led out when trying to fix my rattling switch, now it hardly works

i actually soldeird in the 5mm leds that u sent me mate!! and they were really nice and bright
but it was a tight fit and i managed to fry the switch on the passenger side wen soldeiring it
so now im after some more switches, and think il use the 3mm leds next time
