Has anyone heard of or know anything about GT Auto Alarms?

Since I've had my engine swapped, the alarm won't respond to the keypad... When I connect it up, its fine until I put the key in ignition and turn the key to the first notch and off goes the alarm...

very frustrating as nothing else has changed!! Only thing is that battery has been off for about 48 hours...

Any ideas??
