defo recommend it, so much more grip on the front wheels

its 18mm, the old one was 11mm

under car, its a direct replacement. its a genuine gm part, come off the late 1.6 16v sports
i got it off epc disc. measured mine with a digital vernon and it came at 11mm, this one measures 18mm. seriously makes a difference though

what would i have on a 1.4 sport?

got my koni's going on soon, would be interested in getting some other bits like struct braces etc

Yeah, which is why I'd hoped there would be a discussion on it - bit more interesting than an anti-roll bar

look on epc for what size you have, or even easier, crawl under the back of the car and measure it with a vernon.
as for the need of an lsd on a derv, it would be just as much use on a tuned td, if not more than a 2l 16v conversion, after all a 100 bhp 1.5 td has almost the same torque as a 160 bhp 2l 16v, as prooved.
