There two pulleys around which the cam belt passes, They have the job of guiding and tensioning the belt. In the SBD replacement kit, you get two replacement pulleys, which replace the crappy plastic ones - that's all you need to worry about

ollie - just save yer pennies boyo and get the basic TB kit to start with..... then upgrade in stages
IT WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF HASSLE AND MONEY..... never mind all those bloody mapping sessions

liking this thread, its given me an idea of where to go next, im getting me some titanium valve caps, metal SBD rollers and then me Throttle bodies, sorted well should be by end of summer

well im hoping it will be class, take me inspiration from ed renshaws, had almosst a compete re-spray now, gettin a luguna splitter, had every thing bar skirts smoothed, just wanna sort me engine out thats the most important bit to me i got the urge for a 200BHP C16XE but long way off yet just need another £2500
