I didnt tell my insurance till the renewal and it didnt effect it, i think insurance companies should take it easy on people with 3 points everyones got 3 points nowadays

The points are harsh, but if you crash and the insurance find that you have 3 undeclared points, they may VOID your insurance and not pay out, but if you not bothered, then dont bother.

eek a130, i go down there all time for work... 40mph.. where bouts is dat LOL its 70 all way down there with nearly every car doing 90+
