I don't want to go throttle bodies yet.

1. I won't be able to afford it for a while

price it up......

for me

basic TB kit.... say comes in under 2k

your going to spend that on bits n shit anyway to get 150bhp

No way, £400 for Unichip, £285 Inlet Manifold, £300 4-2-1 manifold.

Manifold can also be used when TBs are added and will work very well with them

Yeah about that Marc, that will do fine for a year, in that year I'll uprate the internals, THEN fit throttle bodies, cams, head work etc

Then I'll be looking at 170bhp

You hav got me intrested now (looking more into it as we speak) might hav to forget about the retrim untill next year thought
16vmarc as your from york , do u know anywere in our area who do unichips (and fit) or something simlar.

The Velos Torq Tube is a top bit of kit - very simple but does a highly effective job.

I had one fitted to my Corsa GSi with a Unichip, which was featured in the Vauxhall Sports Car Club magazine.
In return for the feature in the mag, Rob and Alan @ Velos agreed to VxlSCC members having 5%a discount off anything bought from them.
May be worth joining the VxlSCC if you're not already a member!
