I’ve put to much water in my radiator. Will this do any damage as I can’t be bothered to take the car apart

You dont need to take the car apart.

Just unclip the hose from under the header tank, surely?

Gambit, just done that and it worked Didn't need to turn the engine on though as i just come back off the motorway and it was well hot. Managed not to burn myself too

Seemed to run fine for over 100 miles with no warning lights so i don't think it has done any harm.
