i bought this at uni today,
walked into the LLRC, and the lady told me i was getting ripped off as its just tap water. i was like WTF?! thought she was gonna have a go at me for bringing it in.

Its water from a source like a tap, which had been purified but using carbon filters, a bit like a Britta water filter, this takes out stuff like traces of lead and other potentially harmful stuff. They then add minerals, not ure which but probably the trendy ones people have heard of like Calcium.

What they never tell you is that if you take too much calcium you stop yourself being able to absorb zinc, and fellas everytime you ejaculate you lose about 4-5mg zinc. What does zinc do, amongst other things, immune system and a host of other things.

There are like 98 essential nutrients you need, take calcium what the fuck about the other 97 ? Just as important.

too much calcium causes your body to deposite them on your bones
