Id better get it done this weekend then - post office for the forms yeah??? - Its only been on for 8 months too

Colin..............Listen carefully............

The only place u can get forms is from dvla..the v778/1 is the form to put your plate on retention..if u are not puttin straight onto another car...

After 3 phone calls to dvla in dundee and swansea I got a form through after 14 days........Is Dundee your local office too for dvla?

go there and do it all in office...

post offices do not have the retention forms....

dvla call centre 0870 2406280...be petient u will get to talk to someone in the end...

14 days to send a form

I hope to be putting it in the AT in about 3 weeks

Edinburgh is my local office - Ahhhhhh I cant be arsed with all this

that was after 3 phone calls requesting one too...got 2 in post today

hopefully reg will br through in 4 weeks not 6..but knowing them will be 8 weeks
