I have a set of 15" Evo R's on my car which are fairly old and pretty scuffed all round.
Recently i hit a pot hole and burst the tyre (and damaged the wheel) and also gave me a slow puncture on an other tyre. 
The other 2 tyres are ok, well one of them definately has legal tread.
No center caps as they never came with any.
The wheel that hit the pothole has been knocked out of shape and i dont know if its repairable. So u may have to buy a seperate one.
A good wheel place cud refurb them all and maybe sort the damaged one so make me an offer £ 's
