what dont i eat.

7am porridge + Protein shake
9am tuna + fruit
11am 3 beef sarnies
1pm tuna fruit
4pm protein shake + fruit
5:30 usual tea
7:30 2 chicken breast + rice
9:30 protein shake

Very strict diet

protein shakes, chicken, pasta rice,tuna veg and fruit, potatoes, more protein shakes, erm yogurt, sandwiches. low fat high protein and carbs meals mainly.

50 tea usually jacket potatoe n beans or anythink exept chips if i can help it!
dont snack all day n i exercise about 3 times a week on my bike or skier
by keeping to this diet i lost 2 stone last year
