Ok I m planning on how to install the electric windows kit which I'm about to order. The Hanes Manual is helpful, but I would appreciate if you guys could answer 2 questions of mine.
It seems like a simple procedure except for 2 tasks.
1)After I drill the pop rivets to remove the old regulator mechanism can I just use screws to put the electric regulator back on?I cant seem to find these rivets in any hardware store...
2)And secondly is it simple to pass the wires from the door into the console? Then the fuse box has the emblem of the el.windows on a fuse position (27 I think), should the whole circuit pass from that position or is it not necessary?

either drill holes through the centre of the door multi plugs and thread wires through or just jam them down the side of the plug
