I think Ferrari try to aim thier cars at a more sophisticated class of people. So they don't really want David Beckham driving around in thier flagship mota!

You can get the panels if you are a Ferrari approved bodyshop or have the gold class repair acolade, which is usually what the big private repair shops get in order to allow them to repair top class sports cars like TVR's if they dont have the insurance contract to repair at that level . So you dont just need to own a Ferrari.
The reason they are repaired all the time is because no matter how severe the damage is... 99x out of a 100 the cost to repair would still be cheaper than the value of the car. Where as if we wrap our corsa's the cost to fix the damage can easilly become more than the value of the car.
I hope that makes sense.
