Stupid old cow drove into the back of my car 3 weeks ago. Her insurance company rang me the next day to accept full responsibility and I took the car to the local dealership the following day to get an estimate. It has taken them 3 weeks to authorise that estimate and I only just got to take my car into the bodyshop this morning. They are trying to get back the courtesy car, I told them to fuck right off and after a few brawls at a higher level it was agreed that the hire would be extended.
Took the car into the bodyshop today, only to be told that all the parts have been ordered but the Astra Coupé tailgate is on back order as there is none available in the country, they couldn't tell me how long it would take to get one. This is starting to really piss me off. Sorry for the essay, just wanted to get it off my chest.

My M8's Corsa has been in the body shop for the best part of 3 weeks and was due back today.
he rang them yesterday to check the progress and the said"after we stripped the body work down we discovered your chassis was bent it'll take another couple of weeks"
All garages take the piss!!!!

most grages take the piss, they try n get as much money as possible out of u. there are a few decent ones out there, just take sum finding!!
