over the last few weeks wen i go over a little cracks or bumps it feels like i went over a 6ft deep pot hole. why is this, its not my dampers or shocks, what else could it be??

had brakes sorted and the garage checked them for me, said there fine....ne idea wat else it could be

Maybe the top mounts are worn or worked loose, cant see a garage that checked the suspension missing the bump stops.

If they did then its time to visit a new garage!!

yup, will be nackered bumpstops. However if your not lowered it shouldnt be anywhere near the bumpstops! You running your tyres at the right pressure?

i presume there the right presure, not changed em since i got em. dunno wot the right presure is for em? there 16's fox six spoke ones with 195/45 tyres
